I’m Amy LHCEA RSHom based in the small market town of Harleston South Norfolk. I work from my home clinic offering in person appointments or virtual consultations worldwide.

My practice is calm, relaxed and confidential providing a safe space for you to discuss how you feel physically and emotionally. I will ask questions about your symptoms as well as your family history, your health history, likes and dislikes, the things which make you you. I will make notes as you talk as your answers will help influence the remedy you may need.

Your first consultation may last up to 90 minutes with subsequent follow up appointments lasting around 45-60 minutes. The number of appointments you need will depend on your individual circumstances and tend to progress to longer intervals.

Prior to your first appointment I will email you my new patient forms to complete and sign.

Homeopathy 101

Homeopathy can help with physical complaints, chronic conditions, inherited diseases and mental health to name a few. Homeopathy works holistically, treating the individual not just the disease, to restore health from the root cause gently and permanently. It works using the principle of like cures like, a substance which creates symptoms in a healthy person in homeopathic form would help to treat someone with these symptoms.

Homeopathic remedies encourage the body to rebalance itself, you may need a small dose for a short time or, you may need a higher dose for a longer period, each patient will receive individualised treatment. Homeopathy is non-toxic, non-addictive and there is no need to worry about working, operating machinery or driving. Homeopathy is safe during pregnancy and for babies and children.

Homeopathic remedies are prepared either using specialised machines or using a process which combines ultra dilution with succussion (shaking). Remedies come in the form of small sugar pills which can be left to melt under the tongue, crushed or dissolved in water.
